My toddler has 3B 3C hair curls some of my toddlers curls are the size of a quarter and some of them are the size of a dime she has mixed size curls 3B and 3C and this Tangle Teezer brush brushes right through them like a dream her hair is a little bit course but not too much so I would say it's less on the kinky side and this tingle teaser brush brushes right through it I will say that I do use a spray bottle to get all the hair wet it will go through the hair dry but much more smoother when the hair is wet with water also if I want to relax it even more on occasion I add a product call honest leav in conditioner orange cream scent which smells great and is all natural and all relaxes the hair very much hope this review helps someone cuz I appreciate the reviews that other people left to help me when I was looking for something for my kids crazy curls
