Oh, I love them! They're big, but not nearly as bulky as I thought they'd be. My daughter and I have A LOT of hair on our heads too, but they hold up just fine in both of our hair. Definitely durable too, I accidentally slept with one in (I do that a lot), but it was fine (and so was my head). Has a really strong spring, but not too difficult to open, and it doesn't snap shut too fast either. I had a clip once that shut so hard and fast, it actually broke itself - these are definitely not that; these are just beautiful, go with just about anything too. I love that they actually look like flowers are holding my hair up, just so pretty.
